chrysalis

we went to visit our families in louisiana over the weekend. these beautiful chrysalis are all over the place at my parents house. they are all green and gold. beautiful!

josh and i made an attempt when we were working on the centerpieces for our wedding, but we weren't very successful. we went to the plant nursery down the street and crawled under the plants to scoop up moss off the ground, used the blender and everything but it never turned into beautiful moss. you can find the recipe on www.instructables.com
